Full Gear

Today a full gear workout on the stair mill machine with air pack.

I focused on 40 floors today mostly because I only had one bottle of air.  My goal was to find a good pace and control my breathing.

Things went well as my max HR was 120 and Max R was 40.  The low air alarm didn't sound until floor 35 and I had air remaining at 40.  All in all felt fairly good but a little tired at the finish.  Time  to 40 floors was 13:21. 

The next few posts will focus on the equipment a typical fire fighter wears when on the job.
